Brahma Deep Meditation
by
Swati Hardikar

Posture : " Padmasana " or with legs folded and crossed (or asana or carpet or chair or bed ) with hands folded ( forearms resting on the stomach sides ) and eyes closed. Process :

1. Stay relaxed with normal breaths.

2. Feel the cosmos around self. Be still in the cosmos.

3. Request the " Brahma Dravya " - the cosmic fluid to fill you up.

4. Feel yourself being filled up with the Brahma Dravya.

5. Feel the two jyoti wata's ( the two ignitable strings/ropes ) forms through the forearms which join each other to become a single string at the palms (joint). Feel the other ends of these two strings immersed into and soaking up the Brahma Dravya into it.

6. Feel yourself as having become a Deepak ( A typical clay/earth lamp ).

7. Request the " Brahma Chetna " - the cosmic consciousness to light up this Deepak.

8. Feel the palms to be the " Brahma Jyoti " - the cosmic flame.

9. Invite the healee into this Brahma Jyoti. Request for the healings.

10. Feel the Brahma Dravya being soaked up and continuously transported into the Brahma Jyoti.

11. Continue to observe the healings until the Brahma Dravya collected within is utilised totally.

 12. Close in gratitude.
